Question for the European users

Hey Guys,

Is there something going on with paypal Europe at the moment? Have you tried to use it lately? Or is this guy just trying to stiff me out of shipping???? By saying paypal Europe is not functioning properly???

I used it on Sunday without any problem and I just logged into my account this evening. I'm not aware of anything which is preventing PayPal from functioning but of course there can be problems in some countries depending on the banks and credit card companies. Anyway, certainly no problems in Britain with PayPal, not sure about Europe
