Question on Internet dealer

And that way you get the wait AND the dealer's markup. Not cool.:thumbdn:
That's why I said "in and of itself" combined with "the makers willing to deliver the orders". I think AG Russell also allows you to order customs from his website as long as you're willing to wait the delivery time.

EDITED TO ADD:
What I don't understand is If a customer was willing to wait, why would he not just order from the maker in the first place.

Oredering from a dealer that doesn't carry inventory makes no sense to me. If I want to wait for the maker to make the knife, I will order directly. This guy must have some knives in stock. If not, he isn't going to do too well selling custom knives. There are far too many top notch dealers that have lots of inventory to deal with one that has none.

Yes, but can you also buy computers and accessories from those dealers? :jerkit:

This cat has smelled fishy from the get and I doubt I would do business with him,of course that doesn't stop me from perusing his site looking for what I would consider a deal.
Perhaps it would go smoothly and I would retract what I've said and do business with him again.
We'll see.

I am not going to dignify garbage.
Most of those who posted here should make sure that they excuse themselves from any jury duty, unless lynching is guaranteed.
If this were not so pathetic and dumb, I would have discussed your name calling, lack of understanding of legal terms, and speculations-based prejudgement. But, you are a bunch of loosers.
As for you, Mr. "Petrolium" with a private plane - I have been in business long enough to smell a rat and know it. I knew form your first e-mail that you are a snitch, spying so that you can become a "hero" on this site with more mudd.
When you said that you are a serious D'Holder collector, and that prototypes are made by Mr D'Holder and his wife to make a quick buck, then it became obvious to me that you are not a serious collector at all, just a snitch. That is why I suggested that you buy D' elsewhere.
Now, where do you get your "Ph.D."?
Yuk.
I'm off this garabage so feel free to continue what you have been doing behind my back.

Mr. Ginsburg, I basically remember talking to you back in 2001. If I remember correctly, we discussed you buying my knives with a dealer discount. To protect my customers and dealers, I required a minimum order of three knives. You declined

my question is if Mr. Ginsburg declined your minimum requirements, then how might i ask can he be a dealer of your knives or even attempt to offer any of your knives up for sale on his web site.Mr. ginsburg if you only have 1 knife if that, how can you sell 6 knives of said maker (or give the illusion that you have 6 up for sale by posting the pictures?) Quite unethical don't you think

I don't honestly think that anyone who posted here went behind you back,as this is a public forum
A T Barr had a valid and legitement concern as to why his knives were posted on your site up for sale.his concern seems to have been satisfied so why get yourself all worked up.A T Barr specified that you would have to purchase a minimum of three knives and you declined therefore the blame for this post is solely the responsibility of yourself, and no one else (whether you like it or not,if you think about what i've just said, you would probably come up with the same conclusion)

Not quite the way I'd want my business to be represented on the largest internet knife site.

Congratulations, BestKnives!
