Just thought I'd update you on The Sheba kittie.
So until then we just keep giving her liquids and hope her appetite picks up.
Now I bet if we let a bird go in the house she'd get that appetite back.
Gin I think that some pet stores sell live mice for snake food, maybe a couple for Sheba would spike her appetite?
Sure glad to hear Sheba is doing better!!!!
Our Ace contracted a virulent form of dermatitis evidently from One, That's One, damned flea bite and has been scratching himself raw in places for the last two weeks before this last week.
We used Frontline on him last year and had absolutely no fleas at all.
This year we have been using the Revolution because of the heartworm problem here.
Our daughter the veternarian sent us up some Prednisone and some antibiotics.
Happily Ace is over his scratching frenzy but you want something to increase the appetite give Sheba some steroids!!!!
Ace has been eating everything he can find to get in his mouth that's edible with Mucho Gusto!!!!
I know my appetite increases when I have to take the damned stuff but seeing how our little dog acts on it has really brought an understanding to Barb.
Thankfully he won't be on it long enough to develop the moon face, that is if dogs get the moon face from taking steroids.
We have went back to the Frontline and the Interceptor for heart worms.
We'll go back to the Revolution this winter when the fleas and ticks aren't as thick, real *Bad Year* for 'em here this year. :-(
