Just enough, but not too much. Really got to experiment a LOT to get it just right.

Holy Crap! Color me educated white trash, but discovering good booze is wonderful! Knob Creek is AWESOME! I do know beer (I live in the land of coffee and beer snobs.), and I was known to drop $200.00-$400.00 on drinking, in one night, in my younger years. BUT, topshelf has taken on a new meaning. My wife has even agreed to start a Whiskey and Scotch fund after tax season. JWB, I here ya callin'!
