Kydex Questions about making my first kydex sheath

I use a hot air gun and a thermo insulated glove, much much faster than a oven, the key is never stop moving the heat over the sheet, it becomes usable in seconds, then I use the gravity powered press AKA me standing on top of two thick eva rubber sheets.
I use thin kydex, the only one that can be found here
