I just got another email back from Sergey because I thought I should get him to confirm the content's of my order.
The problem with my order was when I first contact them about getting the wrong fixing unit's Paul said he would replace them and that was with the 10mm ones witch I needed 8 of them but then I asked Paul if it was possible to convert the K02 I had to use the new crossbar and he said yes and if I wanted to purchase the new crossbar he would give me 8 of the 20mm as my replacements instead plus I had ordered the whole milled clamps and the Lens kit and a standard abrasive holder and guide rod that way I use that with the Lens kit and always have it together,but then I got to thinking I needed 10 fixing unit's in total convert everything over so I ordered 4 of the 20mm fixing unit's that way I would 2 spare just incase and now that Sergey has been looking after thing's I thought I should get him to confirm the contents of my order and I just got another email from him saying my order is supposed to ship out this week but he did not say what day he thought it was going to be,I really hope they are not jerking me around just to tell me what I want to hear.
Hopefully we will be getting are soon and they are learning to be upfront with the customer.
