R-series knives from HI (eleven of them!)

Awesome post Steve! I didnt know many of them existed. Very nice compilation and reference. Sure do like that Stick knife R1:thumbup:

I wonder if fire flies out the end of the R11 like the agni jowala. That would be kind of wicked cool huh?

Nope hadn't pondered that one yet. I got a big one in the closet I'm forced to wait till Christmas to open. Beside myself with anticipation.

The mail man goofed and handed the box to wife. I told him to give me back my 100 bucks. The deal was triangle boxes only handed to the derelict in the wheelchair, no body else.

Actually I told her not to spend a thin dime and just let me play with that box but I'm sure she won't listen to me, never does. Even my dog rolls his eyes when I tell her to do something. I think I have Rodney Dangerfield all figured out.

That's gorgeous! What sort of wood is it? I love the handle, very YCS Karda-esque. The blade profile is outstanding. That R-10 is a keeeeper!
 
I been tased also, beats the heck out of pepper spray although I hate getting shocked. At least when they let go the trigger, the pain stops.

I sent a telepathic message to Santa when this thread got started and today I got an R6 in the mail. She's used a bit but rock solid and right a purty little thing. Dil made this one, I think his mark is the lotus flower? It has a wood handle but a spittin image of the one in this thread. This one just might demand some shared time on the belt where the IBBB usually lives.

I'll post some pics first chance I get.

For you folks what don't believe in Santa, I got two words for you. Think again.

All I got is my cell phone that I just learned out to take a picture with but here's some pictures of the R6 that Santa sent me. He told me what kind of wood this is but I can't remember. Said is was fuzzy when new but pretty much worn smooth now.

Santa said his Elf (I'm sure there's Elf Non Believers out there too) Kismet made the sheath for a different knife but it fit this one perfect too.

The general consensus here at work is that it deserves shared belt time with the IBBB. I love my IBBB, everybody knows that but I agree. This will get some carry time for sure.
