Rambo IV knife prediction?

I'm hoping they cast David Carrusso as a Police CHIEF!!!

Sly's botox treatment is humorous :thumbdn:

I would like to thank you Sly (if u are reading this) for turning me on to survivalism and large fixed blade knives!!!

Every time i'm feeling depressed I hear Mickey yelling in my ear
"Get UP you son of bitch!!! Cause Mickey loves ya!!!"

I liked the First Blood knife the best
The rest looked like they should have been sold on QVC
Right next to all those Galactic Warrior Klingon swords............... :barf:

Saw a new trailer on Comingsoon.net. Looks like Sly will be using the same knife as in Rambo II.

Saw a new trailer on Comingsoon.net. Looks like Sly will be using the same knife as in Rambo II.

There is a scene in the movie where Rambo throws away his old knife by throwing it into a fire. He then forges a new knife (made by Gil Hibben) later in the movie.

Gil also made some Rambo III style knives at Stallone's request to be used in the scene where throws away his old knife. I don't know why the Rambo II (Lile) knives is shown in the trailer.

At slys age I think it ought to be a plastic butter knife from the retirment village cafateria. First a new rocky and now a new rambo? Lets dig up Adam West to star in the latest Batman movie. I dont know why they would make another sequel to either movie when the last 4 Rockies sucked and the last Rambo was a joke to. Instead of letting a great set of movies stand on there own greed and wallets rear there ugly head. At this rate they better spray some lacquer on Harrison Ford for Indiana Jones XII.

Edit: Not that I wouldnt like to see more custom kinves in movies, I just cant believe they are even doing this :P

As they sing the Hollyweird Song: "It's Entertainment!"

When SLY gets out of trouble in Austrailia - he'll
be like our movie star Austrian actor playing governor

"He'll be back" to be that Nightmare, right? ;)

If you look one of the trailers posted elsewhere on this site, you can clearly see a Lile style fighting knife. It's got the screwdriver ends on the guard.

loved the Original movie & Morrells book...dont know on this one (?)

Looks like Sly really made this blade-more like an old lawnmower blade ground with a bastard file....uckkkk :barf:

I don't go out to the cinema to see movies nowadays, but I will certainly make an exception with the new Rambo movie when it comes out. I'm looking forward to seeing more of this knife he forges.

The new knife to me looks like a golok design (which is heavily use in the Burma area, and would actually be correct for the movie). It doesn't have the pretty-boy charm of the the Hollywood knives of the previous movies, but it does look like something someone would actually use.
