Jo and I are driving 1500 mile round trip to pick up a goddamn parking brake...
ugh
Well, if she's anything like my wife she'll be asleep within 20 miles and you can pick the radio stationView attachment 1727239

Nope. I drove 5 hours, she's going to drive the next five. I honestly don't know what I would do without her. I also don't understand how professional truck drivers can do this for 11 hours at a shot. Does not compute.Well, if she's anything like my wife she'll be asleep within 20 miles and you can pick the radio station![]()
Damn boss, I thought you had the parts being shipped in? Did they not work out and now you gotta make this run or was this always the plan?Jo and I are driving 1500 mile round trip to pick up a goddamn parking brake...

CPK Cigar V cutter when?Check out the Bahia B line cigar. They're tasty and flavorful but don't have a lot of nicotine. They smoke well and are cheap enough for a daily smoke for a poor machinist. The end cap is garbage so use a sharp toothy knife and work it around the circumference to slice it off.
My wife doesn't drive, (real NYC girl), so whenever we go north to visit family in NY, I drive straight through 700 miles, stopping only for gas and food. (Or food and gas.)Nope. I drove 5 hours, she's going to drive the next five. I honestly don't know what I would do without her. I also don't understand how professional truck drivers can do this for 11 hours at a shot. Hey man, wish you’d have said something. I’ve got free time at the moment and don’t mind road trips as I hate flying. We could have trailered that bitch up and carted it home. If you have any reason to not drive that rig home for safety reasons or if you just don’t think you’ll make it, leave it where it sits and I/we can go get it. Seriously, don’t take a chance and put yourself and Jo in a bad position if you aren’t sure. They are attached to a truck. Salvage title running junk but it has the parts I need. I'm going to attempt to drive it 750 miles home. Lol.
I have about 2 hours total combined winter weather driving experience. Although I've picked up some today. In a nice modern Subaru outback with good tires and electronic stability control. I'm a little bit concerned about driving back in a clapped-out F450 with questionable tires and brakes. Derp.
