Nathan, you are the guy making the knives and you can damn well do as you please. That said, I can't tell you how much I appreciate your position and that you won't sell to someone who appears to be here largely or only for profit. I don't give a rat's pellet about someone making a profit, but when it looks like they come here to make a profit on your knives, well that is a different story. This place is great and that kind of "Hey, I'm here to make a profit" type of folks coming here would be an absolute killjoy. So, thanks for taking a stance to discourage the rare knucklehead who might come here with less than the best of intentions.

A person can, of course, do as they like. It's a free country. However, I'm also free to sell to whomever I please and a certain someone has been blacklisted here for flipping

Did I really get blacklisted? I didnt mean to ruffle any feathers, and I didnt go into the sale seeking profit/flip the knife. The sdfc is sweet it just seemed like it was on the heavier side and I wanted to regain funds in hope of a signiture series since those were lighter. From there it seemed like a hot market so I started high and lowered it from there.

I'll donate/return any profit if that squares this away too. Power to you for the policy on flipping, either way I can respect that.

We’re still on a “get ready” we may have to evacuate. Fire doesn’t look like it’s going to have any kind of containment soon. Just hoping the winds shift and praying for some rain. We got all the valuable stuff out, and took the truck and trailer to the in-laws in case we have to bail. We came back home last night to hopefully ride it out. It’s about 2-3 miles away from us now, just praying for the best is all we can do.

Thank you everyone from the bottom of my heart. A good friend of mine moved back to Alaska this year and said it’s been raining for the last 8 weeks almost. He said he’s going to send some rain our way. Fingers crossed.
