I knew I was tempting fate when I said I've never had a flu shot, and now that I said it I'd probably drop dead from it this winter.

Went to the dentist for a routine cleaning Tuesday afternoon. Yesterday after I finished my workout I felt a little wonky. Today I had some on and off chills and muscle ache. But nothing terrible.

For the heck of it I just took a Covid test that was one of the ones still in date which we got in the mail...and wouldn't you know it? Positive.

I knew I shouldn't have gone to the dentist.

Is this your first time getting it? My daughter and I are getting over it after a week, each of us going through the whole pandemic without catching it until now. Most folks who I know that currently have it have never gotten it before. It seems like there's finally a strain for everyone.

I hope you have a quick recovery, and please remember to hydrate.
