Home for a bit to heal up a hernia, strained groin, sore sack, etc. The really cool part is that I just grabbed the wifey’s bill for her vehicle tabs. Years ago, we the people of the “Evergreen State” had voted in a $30 flat fee for tabs. The Boot Dagger don’t lie !

We the people, also voted down large taxes for a regional transit rail system that sees very little use, as opposed to the predicted benefit to the greater Puget Sound corridor. I guess you could call a mobile drug and homeless encampment “use”, just not “intended use”.
The EDC2 points this out.

In summary, our Washington vehicle tabs cost a whopping $711 bucks, not $30. This amount might buy me a standard UF1 but not my “OG CHIPPED SATIN UF1 w/ OSAGE !!!

You're telling me. I applied yesterday for tax exempt status to host a meeting this summer. You submit the form at Pay.gov, along with $275 and no guarantee that they approve it. The name of the website was the first clue I'd have to undo my belt...
