It really kinda is.

I love this stuff.

Jo and I are at dinner celebrating successfully getting this operation into production. This was not trivial.
Nathan, there's not a fan of your work...(or art, as the case may be), that could conceivably think that it is, and still have any remnant of a clue about what's involved in producing it. The subtlety of the line is stunning.

I am not in line for one...and that's okay...but I've been around enough of the real McCoy and those who appreciate them, to know a little bit about them.

interdasting.

what kinds of tolerances are you allowed?

I think the biggest on my print was +/- .0005

The machine can do that all day.

I can do that all day.

But it's not really necessary for these except for hole position and tang profile relative to the holes etc.

A Mori Seiki NH5000 is wasted on me. It should be in Iran making centrifuges or something.

I'm making ninja swords lol

Tomato is not a fruit in my household like many other households but since it is what the tomato plant produces, the product of that plant can semantically be referred to as a "fruit". However, I have yet to see or taste a fruit cake baked with tomatoes as its main ingredient unless one considers and believes an omelette made with tomatoes to be a fruit cake in which case the believer may also be the fruitcake.
Tomatoes are botanically fruits because they form from a flower and contain seeds. Much of the confusion about whether a tomato is a fruit or vegetable comes from the common culinary applications for tomatoes. ~ I still say they are Vegetables, as well ~ just like a Carrot or a Potatoe ~ potatoes flower too, just above ground and they are actually a root and they are still considered a Vegetable plant ~
