Random Thought Thread

Don't mean to ruffle feathers but personally speaking I would not alter any knife which originates from Nathan's unless that knife is well used and / or in need of a lot of TLC because of user's "abuse".

If it were narrower and longer, I think that would have been better, but what do I know. If it were me, I would try and play with it and see what else can work.

Great to see you back Brian and hoping that all's very well with both You and Yours :)

How did that HDFK-D2 do for you and your plans to use it in your butchering tasks?
It has been great. we are cutting up 10 hogs for a benefit auction on Saturday. It will be at a, local butcher shop. Not sure if they will allow use of my knives or not. If so, I will let you know . I absolutely love Nathan's D2 for meat work.

Less severe, swedge bevel sketched in...I kinda dig it:)

Well, got into the Rum after work, which lead to something I have been too nervous to do for a long time.

Here is what the inside of a $2000 Shirogorov Custom Division looks like.

What a surprise, I too like taking apart my Shirogorovs :)
