We’re heading out that way this summer… love living in Colorado.Yesterday I hiked above the town of Glenwood Springs, CO to pay my respects to "Doc." He has a fine view from his resting place.

if you're ever in Minnesota...So much to see in this great country of ours...you can never run out of things worth seeing. I've only missed about four or five states...gonna have to fix that before the bucket gets knocked over.
My old climbing partner from back in the 70's and early 80's lived in the Rochester area, but out in the country. I flew up there years ago to visit for a week or so.if you're ever in Minnesota...
I'm sorry. it's not that great.
theres other unleashed animals to worry about here nowMy old climbing partner from back in the 70's and early 80's lived in the Rochester area, but out in the country. I flew up there years ago to visit for a week or so.
Had fun, but didn't like the loose farm dogs during my morning runs.
That’s not true. I have very fond memories of the north shore of Superior, Isle Royale, and the Boundary Waters. All great places.if you're ever in Minnesota...

Agate hunting here is second to none.
Betty's Pies for the winWhen I was growing up, I spent two weeks every summer visiting my grandparents in Two Harbors. Agate hunting on beach below the cabin and a visit to Rocky’s Agate Shop and Betty’s Pies were mandatory events every year. Great memories. Of course once I was old enough to drive and visited Duluth my opinion of Minnesota changed for the worse…
