I randomly thought about him a couple days ago. I read his Knife Talk books when I was in high school and enjoyed his perspectives. Glad to know he's still in the shop.

I think I'm gonna pull for the Nuggets to get their first bite of the apple even though we rooted for the Heat and attended games in the years we were living in Miami.

I met Ed and Chris in The Pit in 2016- Bruce Bingenheimer gave me a little version of the Roundhouse at the show and I was messing around with it when I ran into Ed. I introduced myself and he asked to see the knife, then we all went over to a table and he just sat there for tens of minutes looking at it while Chris and I chatted. I mean, it was more than just looking at it- he was immersed in it. He's a guy who says a knife can have a soul, and from my perspective, he really believes it and I think that's cool as hell.

I just realized that eleventy seven makers have made Loveless-style stiff horns, but I've never seen a Fowler-style pronghorn from anyone but Ed.
