I can't imagine that heat level. If I ate any part of those peppers, I'd probably defecate myself to death on the porcelain throne.
There are worse ways to go, I suppose.

There is as much heat in a single one of Mark's lava pumpkin habaneros as there is in an entire bag of jalapenos. The Reaper is "only" eight times hotter than the habanero.

I realized that my comfort level stops at Ghost Peppers. I've eaten Scorpion and Reaper, but it's not something I would normally eat. I will say that Reaper has a really nice fruity flavor and is one of the best tasting. But it's best used sparingly in a sauce.

Green River below Flaming Gorge reservoir for us. Just hoping they don't bump the flows up while we're up there (possibly will for some BS experiment to keep the SMB from spawning further down on the Colorado river

Closest thing I can relate to is new mountain dew flavors. They're never as good as the original and a good portion of the time they're just gross.I can't help myself. Every time there's a new king of Scoville, I have to try it. I'll keep trying them since I just have to know how hot they are.
I keep trying them though.
At least with CPKs I can try them and if I don't like them I can break even without any concern.
