I am no scat expert but I do look at animal scat frequently to see what critter and what was eaten. A size would help, but being elongated and with fur I would think coyote. There are some great scat guides for folks interested in critters. A trapper I know can tell between an Ermine and Mink…. All I can say is a weasel of some sort.
Thanks to birds and bears on my property, raspberry patches are all over the place now. Last year I was picking berries at my favorite patch about 150 yards from my cabin. When I was walking back there was a huge fresh pile of bear scat full of berries on my driveway that was not there 15 min prior- almost looked like a GI bleed!
