Is one type more durable than another?

Less likely to soak up fluids?

My understanding is that in terms of grippiness it goes, burlup > canvas > linen?

Someone please break this down for me. It would help choosing the plethora of awesome CPK scales, so much easier 🤣

I prefer standard canvas micarta, don’t mind G10 but micarta is my go to. I think canvas is probably the most durable, never experienced burlap. I honestly can’t really tell the difference between linen and canvas micarta.

I don’t really notice a difference in the grip-pee-nis of the different micartas when the handle scales have been buffed, they all feel the same to me, unbuffed though the burlap will have more grip since the larger fibers stand more prominent through the surface of the material.

I wonder how many dyslexic folks they've hired recently at USPS?

My package started in Bedford Park IL (pretty much a suburb of Chicago), went down to Charlotte NC... and is now in Chicago IL LOL. Why take 20 minutes, when you can take 2 days? 🙄
 
Honestly..... I'm sitting here thinking... am I a ninja?

All these years of marriage...I have the ability of stealth...... let me explain

On her nights off me and the Mrs have nice nights of talking... but as soon as we watch TV she is sleeping laying on my shoulder.....

Some how at that moment I always finish my beer...... I have the ability to slither out of her comfort (replacing my shoulder with a near blanket) then silently make my way to the fridge without making a noise on our creaky floor to grab another beer ... while using an ancient method to open said beer with 0 noise


Well hell......I am a freaking ninja.... F Yes hahahaha

both when receieved new ... the unbuffed looks very similar to the buffed with use ... maybe even a bit darker. The unbuffed has a slightly better grip to it even after use IMO ... but I'm not sure it's extremely noticeable unless you are comparing them. I agree if it's strictly grip you want it's hard to beat the TeroTuff.

Plus I remember the ninja moves you pulled when you had to "sneak" past your wife to get those sock pics!!!! Still makes me laugh everytime I think about it!

I agree! Definitely ninja by definition! No doubt about it!

Murphjd25 Murphjd25 , a couple weekends ago some buddies one by one bailed on me for a day of riding when I didn’t feel like going alone so I looked at my wife and said screw it, I’m going outside to trim the shrubs and get some work done instead. What she didn’t remember is that last year I said I was only trimming the shrubs one more time, each with a single cut, her memory flooded back fast when she heard the chainsaw start up though, by the time she even looked outside I already had 3 cut off haha!

I like the look of that dark lava rock (?) you have all around, I may go that route instead of dealing with mulch ever again too!
