He really needs help.I’m confused. If you hate Fords so much, why do you keep buying them? Is this some type of sadomasochism thing?
... and come to think of it, how could he leave if all 3 of them barely start? It's straight up domestic violence at this point, but he can't bring himself to leave

I think if Nathan got a Subaru Outback or a Toyota Highlander he would be much happier.
It is too bad that Toyota doesn't sell all their models in the United States. If they sold the 1 ton and larger, they would own the market. I think you can get some heavier duty ones, but they probably will have a funny front end like a cube van.View attachment 2352668
My F-250 pulled a total of about 14,000 lb down from Chicago a few weeks ago. It did break down along the way, but you know. You expect that. It's a Ford.
My F-550 can pull considerably more. A typical run-of-the-mill Mori vertical mill weighs about 15,000 pounds by itself. My forklift weighs 14,000 lb. A couple of surface grinders weighs around 19,000 pounds. As much as I would enjoy the reliability of a Toyota, I need to move heavy stuff pretty frequently and Fords do a pretty good job of that. And, when they're broke down on the side of the road, they're not burning very much fuel either.
Nathan:
I want to know what happened/broke, etc when you get time sir. I look at vehicle issues as learning opportunities for others in case it is something they can learn from and avoid problems.
Good luck with getting things back on the road.
