I had my boarding pass wrapped around it and stuck it in my pocket with my phone. Then I pulled out my phone at some point and apparently it's at the Charlotte airport hanging out without me. I've been given some numbers to call but worst case scenario I'm going to force my sister to rent me a car so I can go home. She loves me
 
Unless things have changed (and they may have with the new Real ID ... I haven't flown in a few years) you can still be allowed to fly, but you will have to answer some questions and fill out a form. As long as you are US citizen TSA can verify your information with online data bases. It may be a PITA, but it can be done.

In all seriousness I know a guy who lost his ID in WA and was trying to get back to AK. They allowed him to prove his identity with Facebook which I found nuts but it worked. With you being on social media sites like this with your photo- I am sure you can get something worked out. Good luck

Thanks guys! That's a load off my mind. I know I'll get back but it does kind of put a kink in things. We're on our connecting flight and flying into Buffalo now. Talk to y'all later!
