I think I'm more concerned about a growing "muffin top" resting against my belt!
Too much sedentary behavior along with Thanksgiving/Christmas and New Year Holiday food and drink.
It's probably time for me to incorporate some lifestyle changes. Also, getting older with a slowing metabolism doesn't seem to help.

I took mine to work yesterday... then thought , if I get pulled over what do I tell the the officer ......."um yea I'm taking this to work" lol
I didn't think that would go over well so I stayed under the speed limit to and from work
