Random Thought Thread

Thanks, folks. It's been a long time comin' and I'm glad to finally have it behind me, start the healing process and hopefully have a normal knee again soon.

In the meantime, 24/7 pajama party... :cool:

Oh yeah. I just felt him rolling around in my pocket. On the sharpening stone thing. If you're using ceramic pocket stones grab you a pencil eraser.

It'll clean the load up like nobodies business off a ceramic stone. It's works OK on diamond too but it's like magic on your normal ceramic stuff. For bench stones I usually use the non abrasive gojo and wash like normal. Woiks like a champ
Knee surgery this morning, and now enjoying an Oxy + muscle relaxer cocktail. This is fun.

I was just thinking, CPK'er option;

Instead of "cleaning your shotgun/guns" when the BF first comes over, the CPK version will be sharpening the entire CPK collection 😅

Should go over well, when you make eye contact without stopping your SSSSSSKKKK, SSSSSSSSKKKK, SSSSSSSSKKKK, especially with a K18/K20, and another dozen CPKs on the bench/table. Shave a little arm hair, make eye contact, "Not quite sharp enough... I like 'em sharp enough to circumcise a gnat..." SSSSSSKKKK, SSSSSSSKKK...

🤣🤣🤣
This is good. I've had a gun put in my face a couple time, AND a knife pulled on me a couple times.

Take it from someone who's been there.. the prospect of a knife fight is an infinitely scarier prospect 🤣

That reminds me, being a DMT fanboi, I also have the Green/Extra-Fine version of this

I've been seeing sharpening stone stuff all day. Those work great for those super steels with serrations. Takes no time at all.

Saw a question from a random redditer in a thread asking about how to clean ceramic stones quick earlier. So I got bored and made a video. It's the same thing I wrote earlier with a visual (meant to link this in that post but had a toddler climbing me like a tree). You guys probably know these tricks so instead I figured I'd let yall revel in my trash video making skills 🤣

I've also used Barkeeper's Friend, and Comet to clean loadup.
