All is good with the father in law. Let him go home, has a doctor appointment tomorrow. Turns out he was that “backed” up it made him lose feeling in his legs and feet..🤷🏻‍♂️ Gonna keep our eye on him, try to get him to start exercising.

Godsons Christmas concert was awesome, damn kids are so cute. 🤣
So happy to hear that brother. Have a peaceful night.

He was so constipated his legs went numb?
Woman brings her daughter in with acute abdominal pain. After some tests and scans, they tell her, "Your daughter's bowels are impacted with stool".

Woman goes, "So you're saying she's full of shit?". Starts cracking up and turns to her daughter and says, "I've been telling her that all this time!".
🤣🤣🤣

Guys, if a deal seems too good to be true, don't leap before you perform your due diligence. It'll both save you money, and us a lot of time tracking down the offender. (Which we attempt to do whether you leap or not, but what we can effectively do about these issues is limited in scope.)

Some of you have agreed to a purchase before we've even had an opportunity to look into whether something is amiss. Once the genie is out of the bottle, it's hard to put back.

In the same vein...I just now went back and checked common IPs between this most recent hacked account and other forum members, and found a specific pattern which I believe is connected to about six or more additional accounts which may have been compromised. I won't go into any detail to avoid tipping our mitt. (Those accounts will not be able to be employed for any future mischief.)

If you have a weak forum password, please consider updating for your own online safety.

In other news, today both stocks and commodities are all up at the expense of bonds. Year's end window dressing? Naw, too soon for that which will be next week.

I am however holding back on any investments because I'm eagerly awaiting today's 6th day of Christmas offering by FineFork :)

Mat, you should never invest unless and until you consult the CPK Index published daily by the esteemed firm of Grenock & Finedirk.

(The subscription is not inexpensive, but, you get what you pay for.)

Failure to do so will only lead to empty pockets and heartache.

I’m no coder or hacker so I’ve always wondered about the strong password. If you can explain without compromising anyone’s security, is it really that someone manually figures out a password to get into an account? Or do they use some sort of password generator that goes through trying millions of words or what? It would seem like someone hacking in could circumvent the whole password system or something.

I can't answer because I don't specifically know how they are going about it.

Both.

Most frequent hacks are via fishing .... don't click on links.

2-stage authentication is quite safe though, which I use here and recommend others to use, too.
