Did you hear about the shop hack that they dont want you to know?

All machine shops are doing it.

it's called ''use your coolant tank as a chip receptacle'' it's supposed to make something cool happen.

it only works if there are enough chips in your coolant tank to displace 15 gallons of coolant.

Man I think I might have used the wrong kind of chips. These just clogged my coolant pumps, but not before corking up the coolant lines in the spindle head. Did I do something wrong? Can you help me fix this? I need a 5 mm Allen key and a 10 mm socket. I guess all my tool kits must have come without those cuz I can't find a single one

it went well. we had some new guys with us so there wasn't any real serious contact.

it was concentrating on alternating offense and defense 30 seconds at a time.

it was fun and everyone gained experience and got all sweaty.
