Personally, I think lethal/harmful/horribly disfiguring/crippling booby traps on/in your property (i.e., in your house or car) should be 100% legal.

All it would take is one or two jackwagons getting wrecked; car break-ins, burglaries, home invasions, and package theft would plummet. Plus, I wouldn't have to get out of bed to sweep my house and confront intruders in the middle of the night.

The older I get, the more I dislike people (company in this forum excluded). I'm 41...... the next 20 years are going to be rough, assuming I live that long.

Vehicle theft and break-ins are skyrocketing near me. Clearly the penalties are not severe enough (not even close unfortunately). I would love to be able to set up booby traps to prevent it. As it is, I have installed deadman switches on my vehicles that stay parked outside. They're not going anywhere without a good tow truck, and without waking me up! Better run Bubba... ☠️

Yep. Better have a plan to protect your own. General response time near me is only 5-6 minutes, and that's still not nearly fast enough.
