I delete all recordings by Alexa regularly. (Assuming they are actually deleted...which they appear to be.)

E, I'd like to let you live in bliss, but all you are deleting is your ability to retrieve them on your end. The record is still there. This is in the realm of what was my side of the house, and there is not, nor will there ever be, Alexa in my house.

Dude, since OPM gave all my personnel and clearance records to the CCP, I just assume everything I've ever seen, said or done is on record somewhere. I don't spend a minute worrying about it anymore. I just protect my finances, my family and my home to the best of my ability.
