What a monster. He’d make a really nice jacket.

Probably wouldn’t taste very good but maybe with a 1/3rd beef, 1/3rd venison mix added to him he’d be edible. Definitely put you in smash burgers for the foreseeable future.

They say that bear meat smells terrible. I've only had it in a stew that my father-in-law made and it was wonderful. They say it's important to cook it thoroughly. I like my red meat pretty rare but you'll get brainworms if you do that with bear.
