I think it was a lingering holdover from when I was growing up. My father seemed to have some sort of issue with GM...I simply inherited it.

I've owned Plymouth, Datsun, Mazda, Acura, Ford and Toyota. My Eddie Bauer edition Explorer was very comfortable, but the 4WD absolutely sucked. I'm much happier with the less posh 4Runner Trail Edition Premium.

I grew up with Toyotas in Latin America and still love old Landcruisers. My wife LOVES her 4Runner.

The Cam Phasers went out on my ford f150 3.5 EB at 50,000 miles. I thought it was normal because all Fords rattle when you start them. I figured out I had a problem at 75k when it was out of warranty. It was $3,200 to fix!

Called Ford and they paid Half of repair and gave me a factory extended warranty so that was nice I guess.

Aerosmith canceled their farewell tour completely, due to a lingering vocal injury to Steven Tyler......the end of an era...makes me sad.....

Had Toys in the Attic and Get Your Wings in my 8 track collection back in the day. They partied as hard as anybody, and Tyler led by example. I love the story about the time they were at some Boston dj’s apartment and the guy was playing some of their old records. When Tyler heard one of the songs from Toys in the Attic he said something to the effect of "That's a great song, we should cover it. Who is this?" Joe Perry’s response? "It's us, fuckhead." Good times…
