Thanks - mid next year. We'll be trying to close it in this year, to work on the interior next year. We'll stay in our cabin until we can move in.

Congrats! That wait would kill me tho - our house broke ground in a December and we moved in late June. And that was only because they were building multiple houses at the same time, and so they didn't work on it every day.

Well, we had < -30F last Feb, so there is that. Also, we already have cabin and garage (with my work shop) next to the new house, so it will be nice and comfortable to watch it being built

Random thought.....
I didn't stop to pick up beer or tequila tonight..... so I rummaged through the fridge for survivors.....
My wife has a bottle of vodka she'll drink a little from every now and again......
Well I enjoyed that tonight till it was almost empty... after the last pour I resorted to a teenage trick of mine...... fill that mofo to the previous point with water.......
How long till she realizes hahahahaha
