I keep forgetting to order some

It's just the right fineist coarseness to win almost every race we attend and many championships.

I strop every knife coming out of here with the exact same setup that we do the race knives. Literally exactly the same, no difference.

Most people are using a homogeneous grit that is designed for polishing. I have found that you want a mix of a fine grit with a little bit of coarse grit in there also, to create a tooth. It would be a terrible mold polishing compound but it makes knives cut good.
