Random Thought Thread

I'm very disciplined about some things. I don't miss workouts unless I have to for unforeseen reasons...but don't take holidays off etc.

On the other hand, I don't follow any sort of healthy dietary plan, and I like to have a beer every day. (Last night I had a single malt as well later in the evening, but that's the exception these days.)

I want to enjoy my life, not eat alfalfa sprouts.

I just ate sliced venison sausage topped with green olives and mozzarella.

I also hate alfalfa sprouts. I need to lift more too I bet.
