Seem to remember you saying you really liked the MC. So, MC or LC?
For me personally, my 12-inch Behemoth.
But if I was carrying it on a multi-day hike like I used to do, it's tough to beat the LC.
It's not just lighter when you're packing it, it's lighter in your hand when you're using it so if you're making something, you have better control and it's less tiring. It's a lot like a smaller knife, like a field knife, but with some big knife capabilities. It's not as fun blasting 2x4s, but it's really handy in actual long-term use.
The best use of it that I have heard of so far is a person who used it full time on a long-term basis carving coconuts for tourists in Hawaii. Perfect tool for the application.
