It's light and thin. The previous version of it once won a cutting competition at one of the Fisk shows, irritating the ABS guys there. It's the only chopper capable of effectively cutting through grass and bramble, yet also processing camp firewood and other woods tasks. Brilliantly balanced and a very effective cutter that hits well above its weight.

It's the least powerful and also at least durable chopper we produce. You shouldn't get one, you'll hate it.
Thank you. I’m getting less powerful and durable as I age, so it’s a perfect fit! Can’t wait to hate it.

Even you can't ruin it for me...I won't let you.

I won't, I say!

Seem to remember you saying you really liked the MC. So, MC or LC?

My handwriting looks like ass for this exact reason, I mix print and cursive letters in my words.
As a kid I wild give up trying to correctly write my long as part name in curs
Convince me on the reasons to get a 10” Light Chopper? Can it chop pennies if I get the wrong change?
You need a reason besides another chance to score a CPK 10" chopper????????

I agree that the parents failed them also, but the schools are not absolved of their share of responsibility in the whole mess. And I say "prepare them" meaning parents shouldn't take it for granted their children are getting taught just because the attend school.

I think it's a complex issue and has more to do with the sociological evolution of our culture and governance - which has occurred over a significant amount of time. There are no easy "fixes" and a lot of the "solutions" that get bandied about by our leaders (whether in government or in school districts) are simply convenient, yet foolish rhetorical devices - it's a rare thing for one of these so-called leaders to have spent any meaningful time in classrooms and it shows.

My wife works in our public schools, specializing in behavior health. Though the machinations of the district bureaucracies and unions are tiresome and frustrating, a lion's share of the failures also lay at the feet of parents. There is a huge cause and effect conundrum here - parents and district administration get caught up in a never-ending cycle of reactionary policy-making and no one really wins. Administration in school districts are not there to improve the kids' education really, they are there to limit their liability. Parents these days are bonkers. Add in the political meddling and resulting ramifications and you have one hell of a hot mess. Regardless of where one stands, the kid loses every time.

I encourage everyone who gets caught up in these conversations to go volunteer for a few days to a week in the local public schools. Ignore the media and go volunteer at your schools - I guarantee, for better or worse, it will be an eye-opening experience.

Admittedly, I don't do a lot of "chopping" beyond delimbing.

If it's okay with everyone, I think I'll just stick with my Basic SDFK...which isn't very "basic" at all, when it comes to real world performance.

*Just my humble opinion. Your mileage may vary.

Did I miss any sales today?
Almost?

I was going to post another WTT, pig sword for a "Pulsar Axion 2 LRF XQ35 Pro Thermal Monocular" because scoping for the coyotes (they are back) with the scope on an AR gets a little tiring after a while.

But then I remembered I would have to make a pig sword.

Yeah

No...
