Ah, A&F. I worked for the real company in 1975-1976 before it went Chapter 11.

It was criminal, (perhaps not legally...), that the name was allowed to be used by that POS company.

I was unfamiliar with custom makers back then. Though I have a few knives from my time there.

What was really impressive were the shotguns on the 7th floor. You wouldn't believe the beautiful pieces that were on display for sale to the well heeled down there. (I was on the 8th Fl in the Backpacking & Mountaineering Dept.)

Got offered a job, looks like I’m riding the Union out for 4 or 5 more months then I’ll be free when we move. I’m still not done with some things though.
