I have this problem too!
Not just with typing things on the boards. I have to constantly check myself when speaking as well. I do pretty good most of the time but things get dicey when I’m drinking.
Growing up and getting in trouble frequently “because of my mouth”, the most common phrase my father said to me was, “Matt, you have to think before you speak!”
