Yeah I think we only did about half of those

Scorpions are frighteningly easy to acquire.

Did you know you can get a live scorpion for $29.99 on backwaterreptiles.com (probably not a bf affiliate)
I’ll hook you up for half of that. Repost pic. I knocked over a rock to find this. It took me a minute to figure out what was going on. Then I just put the rock back and moved on.IMG_9313.jpeg

Amazon has them for $13.98 with free shipping.

File this in the "you can't make this shit up" bin... 🤨

Water pump on my '99 4Runner started leaking a wee bit out the weep hole about a week and a half ago. Took me a few days to confirm for sure where it was coming from, but once I did, well I guess it's time for a new water pump. Dammit. T-Belt too while we're in there... and oh yeah, those notoriously leaky valve covers on the 3.4, let's get that fixed too while we're at it, I'm getting tired of dripping oil on my exhaust manifold and smelling like burning oil every time I come to a complete stop. $2k all in. Ugh, but at least it's all fixed up now, and at ~270,000 miles, we should be good until the next water pump in another ~135k. :poop:

Anyway, my son runs me over to the shop on Friday afternoon to pick her up. I run home, jump in the shower, then head out to get a haircut. I shit you not, as I'm walking in the door at the barber, not an hour after picking up the 4Runner, son calls and his car just broke down (2015 Subaru Forester), clutch won't work. 🤬 :poop: I had to go tow him back home. I think the throwout bearing grenaded.

To make matters worse, the parts are massively overpriced (~$600-$700 for clutch parts, WTF?), and it's a HUGE job, as the front axles have to be completely removed, and the tranny completely dropped out of the car. Holy hell!!!
