~150 miles S of Montreal = ~20 hours of rain and >40F temps, due to end soon. It removed half of the seasonal blanket of snow. We’re supposed to drop back >20F tomorrow. If this had been snow, it’d have easily been another foot or more of it. Very weird weather for February here...

It's pretty nice here. Not as nice a Riverside though.:D

That had to be hard to say even as a joke!!

It’s a shame that this city is going down the gutter. Some of these older neighborhoods are beautiful, but they’re not worth being taxed to death for.

The open spaces and beautiful landscapes you have up there are calling my name.

Don't forget the housing prices. We sold our house in Goleta for 11 times what we paid for it and paid cash for our home in Chino Valley with a bunch left over. You can still buy a nice home in Chino Valley for around $300K. They cost more in Prescott. Prescott Valley is cheaper.

Allthough further south than prescott, my mom lived in Rio Rico.
She passed last august, and i sold her place for way less than 300k.
Talk about open space down there.
The drive from utah to down there that i made a few times after her passing allowed me to see some of the beautiful countryside in arizona.
Some gorgeous areas

For you folks in northern states and Canuckistan, this may be a joke, but I am in Aridzona. I took this picture in front of my garage door 2 days ago. The snow has not melted at all.
A snow plow came through, but didn't help at all. I tried to clear a path to the street so that I could bring the trash thingy up. I got about 3 feet and had to quit.

Congrats! :p

It's been snowing cats and dogs this month by me. I know we've broken records but don't know any numbers off the top of my head. Here's a pic from around 4:30 this morning. Walked home from work and took to shoveling the driveway. Girlfriend worked the night shift and would be home around 7.

There's something extra enjoyable about having a beer while moving an ass-ton of snow. :D

Yeah there’s really no way I can own a decent house out here even though I work my ass off and make a good living.

I’ll have to make time this year to do some house hunting out there. I’d be happy with a pre-1970’s fixer upper on a decent-sized usable lot that can accommodate a separate garage and workshop.

wtf

Eggzaktly.

I had a dental appointment at 1300 this afternoon. I called them at 0800 to tell them that I may not make it. At 1245 I tried to back my car out of the garage. Nope, I am not going anywhere. The front wheels just spun throwing large quantities of snow into the garage. I called and rescheduled.

Interesting:thumbsup: Inquiring minds want to know more;) HDMC maybe?
We're in production of a slightly larger Medium Chopper now, which will be in production for a year or two. They will start to be available in sales here this summer.

I think the “slightly larger medium...” just means slightly larger than the light chopper.

The HDMC was originally going to be just a heavy-duty version of the Medium Chopper, but I've decided to give it a good cutting geometry so it won't simply be an overbuilt Medium Chopper it will be its own thing. The bevel geometry will be the same as the competition choppers just thicker behind the edge. It will be a beast.
