When I got my degree in industrial design at NC State he got a degree in computer science. (We lived together in a mobile home, in the next town over. It was awesome) And then went on to get a masters in machine learning at Georgia tech. I make knives, he makes banks*.

Had a visitor at the backyard swamp this morning. This raccoon was much bigger than my cat. It ate my cat’s dry cat food and drank from the water bowl. I guess people have been feeding it, because it walked towards me while I was filling the bird feeder. Looks like it was looking for more food in the mud.
