Well, it's a subject matter I've read a goodly number of books on. While I won't say that I find the format or the actual work a masterpiece, if it reaches a segment of the population that would otherwise be oblivious, or unaware, I think it serves a great purpose.Maus = Masterpiece book, in any genre or format
lol first in line with early bird probably wouldn’t even be enough. I bet they would be gone from people with vendor passes long before the public stepped foot in the door!
I didn't have time to type a lot earlier, but I wanted to say that I love the Alder wood you chose. I met a guy that built log cabins while I was living in Montana and I've always had a love for Alder after seeing some of his work. I put Knotty Alder Wainscot in the house I had out there. Once you get all settled in you'll have your little slice of heaven on earth and a fitting castle ... congrats!
Thanks ! I feel it's gorgeous and oil is the perfect finish. Alder came down significantly in price, too, no idea why.

That's pretty wood when finished. I've only ever used it for smoking meats. Has a nice lightness to it.Thanks ! I feel it's gorgeous and oil is the perfect finish. Alder came down significantly in price, too, no idea why.
