Kinkyyyyy mosquitoes like ductape..... got it

Thanks

They don’t like it, but they land on it, that counts the most 👍

Hang it in big loops upside down, sticky side out. It catches anything that is flying.

Used to sleep in my P/U camper with the dog.

Unless he had to go outside to pee, we would be pretty well ok.

The mosquitoes were just as bad or worse than any Alaska film you ever saw.

They were truly nearly unbearable, I can still hear the buzzing in my head from all of their noise.

Was much younger then, so I guess I was able to put up with it, but no more.

But the technique works, just don’t sit up fast once you are to bed. You don’t want all that sticky stuff stuck to you, especially after dark.

Other sticky stuff is probably worse, but this was my limit. 😁

If glue traps could catch mosquitoes, I’d sit there and laugh 😅
They have these little mosquito traps called Katchy traps or something. We have one and it works pretty well.

It's basically a small uv light over a hole that travels down to a glue trap. There's a fan that sucks any bugs trying to get to the uv light down the tube and into the chamber with the glue trap.

Don't forget the tiny leather masks.. ykk zippers and ball gags

I have those Katchy traps. They’re good for catching fruit flies, gnats and no-see-ums, but I can’t say I’ve really seen mosquitoes. Then again, if I get bitten INSIDE the house, I go nuclear lol.

I don’t like bugs in the house, so I spray the perimeter and entry points every 4-6 weeks in the warm months, and have Katchy and Zevo sticky traps, and bug zappers indoors for anything that zips in the doors when they’re open.

I spray as well. Mosquitoes still get in on occasion, but most end up in the katchy. The ones that don't are killed by my bug-a-salt

You used to be able to watch the Tuna auction at Tsukiji. This is an old film photo from 2006. Sushi bar owners walking through rows of Tuna just loaded off the ships and getting their supply for the day in a silent auction.

Closed to the public soon after ....

And one more, just for the fun of it.

Yours truly in 2007 in the Absolut Icebar in Tokyo in 2007 :)

If you like Vodka and get a chance, visit. I understand there are several, not just the one in Tokyo.

That looks extreme, but there is a lot of history behind that too.

The Tsukiji market auction is a sight to behold, as are the prices paid too.

Puts a normal Asian Wet Market in its place. And I really enjoy the markets first thing in the morning, it’s the best time to go, and the most fresh food too.

There are so many special and unique things I miss about Asia, and quite a few things I don’t miss either.

Such memories 👍❤️
