I went to the Tsukiji fish market years ago to watch the tuna auctions that started at 6:00 am. Amazing place!
Unfortunately, the market close October 11, 2018.
I know this because I sent my friend to this place this summer on his vacation. He said there's a new market that sounds more regulated than Tsukiji. I don't think tourists can go everywhere like they use to be able to do.
 
New goal!

Sample as many tequila brands as I can and see which i like the most!

I'm going for additive free organic... I've tried a couple popular brands but they tasted very artifical to me

G4 blanco and reposado are top of my list now

Ocho and fortazela will be next try!

Clase Azúl is my favorite. Comes in a pretty bottle too, makes for a nice vase. Only problem is it's expensive.

I'm not a snob, I'm just not a fan of tequila and this stuff is dangerously smooth. Kinda ironic because I actually really like mezcal, which can sometimes carry strong notes of burnt rubber.

I'm curious to find out which one is your favorite.
