Random Thought Thread

OK CPK’ers, hopefully someone can help me out. I’m looking for something and can’t think of the name/term to even search for it.

It’s simply a flattened/horizontal ring that can swivel 180 degrees, and has the ability to be mounted in a hole through a thin 1/8” panel.

In essence, I want to mount these rings so I can attach 1” to 1.25” wide webbing straps through them. They won’t need to be particularly strong (no need to hold 100lbs or anything remotely close).

I don’t even know the proper term to pull them up in a search.

Anyone know what these are called? Maybe ‘tie down rings’, but I can only find round ones. Not the flattened/horizontal/elongated ones I’ve seen.

Are you looking just simple for D rings? Or maybe shackles?
