67What does everyone set their winter heat temperature? Here and when we lived in CT, we kept it at 59F.
If there are females in the house, teach me your ways, oh wise one…What does everyone set their winter heat temperature? Here and when we lived in CT, we kept it at 59F.
The whole 6-7 nonsense is way past my age group, much less yours. If y’all have grandchildren, they’d be all about it.What just happened here?
I’m in Florida and live this life!We have a rudimentary programmable thermostat. Not the kind that someone can reach in and adjust without your consent (rhymes with west). Just 4 fixed times the temperature can be set throughout the day (2 on weekends). We set it to 63 in the morning when we're getting up, let it run for 2 or 3 hours, then drop it to 55. If it's really cold out, sometimes push it back up to 63 for a little while ("really cold" - hahaha- I live in Kalifornia). Wifey pretty much hates the arrangement, but hates huge propane bills even more, so it's not unusual for her to run around inside the house with long johns, flannel lined jeans, and a couple sweaters covered with a sweatshirt (and still complain she's cold) -- In Kalifornia!

My wife prefers 66, I prefer 68, so we compromise with 66.
It was the same in Connecticut. It was also the lowest I could go without freezing. This is the recommended temperature in Canada to prevent the pipes from freezing.
Nice surprise from AES Ohio today ...

That’s the highest monthly sell back I’ve seen. You’ve definitely got some overhead in productionYep. Some bumps along the way (almost 12 years in) but not bad overall...
We were supposed to have one more panel, but would've had to move a vent pipe. When I hesitated, they said they could make it work with one less. Kind of wish I had the extra panel. That’s the highest monthly sell back I’ve seen. You’ve definitely got some overhead in production![]()
