Me and my wife are taking magnesium.It comes in these little powder packets.You’re supposed to mix it with water, stir it, and then drink it.


I just dump the whole packet straight into my mouth and wash it down with water.My wife says I’m an idiot.


But come on… doesn’t it work the same way?Won’t my body just figure it out anyway?I heard the human stomach can digest glass or some shit like that…So why wouldn’t it handle magnesium powder just fine?
