Parenthetically, I never met either Simon or Garfunkle though they lived in the area. My high school girlfriend lived a couple houses over from Garfunkle, and Paul's brother Eddie used to play pickup basketball games with us from time to time. (They looked very much alike.)

I went through your paragraph reading it over and over again.... Having the conversation in my head, Maybe 3-5 times?

Then, I realized you are not talking about Hall and Oats... I was even trying to sing some of the songs....Ha.


So...... Who is the short one? Simon? Right.
Was Eddie short? I just assume Paul Simon is around 4-feet tall?

Yes, he's a dead ringer for his brother. Or I should say, was. This is going back maybe 50 years or so.

That is Rasmus Quantavious

I'm not sure what he's doing there. He doesn't speak.

I think he might be standing perfectly still so that I don't see him.

He sneaks into the shop sometimes and steals the solder.
