This is actually a picture of my latest projects. A 36" sword the client is calling a Batarde (french for bastard) and an M1902 Sabre A guy in the ROTC getting a commission.
I hope it only takes me 9 weeks, lol

I think I'm going to land on a 14.5" total blade length, 21" total length, around 2.2 lb, .250" blade thickness. I don't want to deviate too far from the tried and true Behemoth Chopper, but I do want something that can two hit a 2x4
