We had the baby on wednesday night at 1103pm.
She was in labor for about 90 minutes. We barely made it to the hospital after her water broke at HOME.

The adrenaline dump for me was superhuman.

Mom and baby doing great. They're at the dr right now for His first checkup.

Also. It wasn't the burger. MOM and I were fooling around when she started having contractions. o_O:D
Congratulations Bud!!

Happy to hear that everyone is healthy. Don’t forget, while in your sleep deprived state, to spoil your lady while she recovers. She’ll remember it forever.

Ah thanks man I haven’t bought it yet, I was hoping it would work well with my octopus/Cthulhu style of astigmatism
From my experience the ACOG is crystal clear. I haven’t looked through a decent magnified optic yet that wasn’t even with my astigmatism causing the comma/connected dots where I see double images at night.
If you’re feeling the itch, scratch it. They’re pretty nice to shoot with. That said, you can get a lot of scope for less money if extreme durability isn’t a concern.

I

Ive been looking at those too for the same reason. Expensive for what you get imo. Miss the days my acogs were free

First, thanks for that. I think you should’ve been able to bring it home when your contract was complete, you earned it.
Second, I agree, they’re a bit over priced. That said, their glass is REALLY nice and CLEAR.
Third, everything is free if you run fast enough ;)

Beats the hell out of dayshifts with corporate onsite, thats for sure:D (Some high muckety muck is visiting tomorrow).

I prefer nights, weekends and holidays. When I work days, I’ve got 5 bosses and support groups that think what they want is the most important job to get done. I despise working daylights

I don't at all mind working nights when I'm on travel like I am now, but in my past experience, it sucks when you're at home. Chip, I don't know how you do it all the time like you do.

We're usually a lot more productive doing our wind tunnel testing on graveyard without extra folks here being distractions. Unfortunately that has not been the case these past few shifts, it's been mostly downtime. :poop: :(
