I have popped a bag of popcorn (I'm lying of course, because I like pistachios better) and eagerly following that WTT post about the HC-Proto
P.S. I personally have ZERO interest in owning it at this point, but very interested as to who puts the best package deal together
No drama here.
I've talked to the owner about it many times in the past and he never accepted any of my offers.
I paid for my Shirogorov 111 Bears Edition today, and bought a total of 14 FBF customs and CPKs over the past 45 days. Not to mention a Surls, Erickson and 2 from Gallardo.
Even had I not just done all that, Bob can out bid me on anything at any time, and may chose to regardless of already having one in mint condition.
I fully expect knives to come out of the wood work, as prices achieved on sales are pushing ever and ever upwards. Knives I was told I had first right of refusal on have showed up on the exchange as well. All part of the hobby.
But don't confuse Bob for a sucker you can approach with a big number and expect an easy payout. He won't throw away money and makes a particularly bad mark as he has unequaled access and finds said behaviour quite distasteful.
That being said, I would be zero out of 10 surprised if the seller doesn't sell at all.
