I've noticed a lot of CPK forum newbs. Welcome newbs!

I'm guessing a few of them might've made the mistake of, "Lemme hit the page refresh before the hour, to see how long it takes the page to load...". Made that mistake as a CPK newb, myself (makes the server super laggy/boggy. It's bad enough at the top of/after the hour, but a bunch of folks going 'Refresh, Refresh, Refresh,...' even before the hour = server meltdown).
